Return Policy
At ALPHANIX, we take pride in creating premium essentials with carefully sourced materials, refined fits, and quality finishing. Every order is packed with care, and we want you to feel confident when shopping with us.
Because we are a small business, we are not able to offer unlimited or no-reason returns the same way larger retailers may. To keep our products fairly priced and our operations sustainable, we ask customers to review all product details carefully before placing an order.
Please read the full policy below before purchasing.
1. Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Email used at checkout
- Item name, size, and color
- Reason for return
- Clear photos, if there is a product issue
Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps by email.
2. Size & Fit Responsibility
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Our products may fit differently depending on the style, fabric weight, and cut. For example, regular fit, oversized fit, and heavyweight pieces may each sit differently on the body.
Returns or exchanges for sizing issues may be limited. Please reach out to us at alphanix.ca@gmail.com for any support queries.
We urge that before ordering, please check:
- Size chart
- Product description
- Fit type: regular, oversized, or heavyweight
- Model sizing details, if available
- Fabric weight and garment style
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Sale items
- Discounted items
- Promotional items
- Items purchased using a special launch discount
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Worn items
- Washed items
- Items with stains, odors, deodorant marks, pet hair, makeup, or damage
4. Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in original condition.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Free from stains
- Free from odors, including perfume, smoke, sweat, or detergent
- Free from pet hair or lint
- Free from deodorant or makeup marks
- In original packaging, where possible
- With original tags attached, if applicable
If a returned item does not meet these conditions, the return may be rejected.
If the return is rejected after inspection, the customer may be responsible for any shipping cost required to send the item back.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging, if the package arrived damaged
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by Alphanix or our fulfillment process, we will work with you to make it right.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- Replacement
- Exchange
- Store credit
- Refund
- Another reasonable solution based on the issue
Please do not send damaged or defective items back without contacting us first.
6. Return Shipping
For approved returns that are not caused by an Alphanix error, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
This includes returns for reasons such as:
- Changed mind
- No longer wants the item
- Preferred a different color
- Fit preference
- Personal preference after receiving the item
In these cases, Alphanix will not provide a prepaid return label.
The return shipping onus is on the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Alphanix is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address by the carrier.
7. When Alphanix Covers Return Shipping
Alphanix may cover return shipping only when the issue is caused by us, such as:
- Wrong item sent
- Wrong size sent
- Wrong color sent
- Confirmed manufacturing defect
- Item arrived damaged due to our fulfillment process
The issue must be reported within the required timeframe and approved by our team before any return label or resolution is provided.
8. Exchanges
We also offer an exchange for your item if you received wrong size or defective item. Send us a detailed email to alphanix.ca@gmail.com email so we can check your item and see if you are eligible for an exchange. If we have approved your return, we will send you details on how to use your exchange voucher for the same item on our store.
Because we produce limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that another size, color, or style will be available by the time your request is reviewed.
9. Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your order included a shipping fee, that amount may be deducted from the final refund.
10. Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.
Store credit may be offered for:
- Size-related returns
- Exchange requests when the requested item is unavailable
- Customer preference returns
- Approved returns outside standard refund conditions
Store credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred to another payment method.
11. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
12. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused by the customer or returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete shipping address, the customer may be responsible for:
- Original shipping cost
- Return shipping cost
- Reshipping fee, if applicable
